At RetroGoalShop, we work to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience for all customers. Because our products are shipped through international fulfillment partners, shipping times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and carrier operations.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.

Shipping availability, shipping methods, and any applicable shipping fees will be shown at checkout based on the destination and the products selected.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

In some situations, including high order volume, product availability checks, or temporary stock delays, processing may take an additional 7–14 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Estimated delivery times begin only after the order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated delivery times below are provided in business days and are estimates only, not guarantees:

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Oceania: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 10–21 business days
  • Latin America: 10–30 business days
  • Other countries: 10–30 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, local carrier performance, weather conditions, peak seasons, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via air transport from our international fulfillment centers and shipping partners.

In some cases, a package may be handled by more than one carrier during transit, including local delivery partners in the destination country.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, international transit disruptions, local carrier issues, weather events, peak season volume, public holidays, or other factors outside RetroGoalShop’s control.

Such delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or compensation.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

RetroGoalShop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or for additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, RetroGoalShop is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or packages returned by the carrier.

If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment can be arranged.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, it may no longer be possible to change or cancel it.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking information shows that the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, RetroGoalShop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

In such cases, customers should first contact the local carrier or check with neighbors, household members, building reception, or the local post office.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, RetroGoalShop will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution.

Possible resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or another solution at our discretion.

Refunds are not automatically guaranteed for shipping-related claims and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to pay applicable customs charges, or does not claim the package in time, the shipment may be returned or abandoned by the carrier.

In such situations, RetroGoalShop is not obligated to issue a refund for the order or the shipping costs.
